How We Deliver

Xterra Fitness offers free delivery on all orders in Canada except for remote or rural areas or locations where our courier partners do not provide this service. Your Xterra products will be delivered by placing the item in front of the main entrance, porch, garage, or driveway. Delivery does not include inside delivery or traversing any outside steps. If the driver cannot safely perform this delivery for any reason (including but not limited to the steepness of driveway or sidewalk, insufficient paved or concrete surface, lack of ground level option, or snow or ice on the sidewalk or driveway), the buyer will be responsible for accepting the item at the street or the point closest to the residence that the driver can safely reach.

After placing your order, you will be promptly notified if your order does not qualify for free shipping. A customer service representative will contact you to advise you of the additional cost of shipping your order. Please click here to view a list of postal codes related to restricted shipping areas (en français) . Unless you are notified otherwise, all orders will leave our warehouse within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, the product is in transit for roughly 6 to 10 business days, depending on your exact location.

Your equipment will be shipped to you via one of our freight partners, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipment of your order. You can track your shipment on the freight carrier’s website.
